Cohort Undergraduate

Guided scholarship mentoring

Guided self-preparation in the presence of a trainer. You do the work inside our course system, and a trainer reviews it, corrects it, and answers your questions through four defined phases.

Is this the right program for you

It fits if

  • You want your own work reviewed by a trainer rather than left to guesswork.
  • You are willing to do the work yourself, with correction rather than substitution.
  • You want a fixed structure and a group moving at the same pace.

It does not fit if

  • You want an agent to complete and submit your applications.
  • You want a promise of admission, funding, or a visa.
  • You cannot attend the cohort sessions or keep to the phase deadlines.

The four phases

  1. Onboarding

Profile review, destination shortlist, a realistic funding target, and a calendar built backward from the deadlines that apply to you.

  2. Application

Essays, recommendation strategy, documents, and portal submission, with trainer review at each checkpoint.

  3. Interview preparation

Practice for scholarship and admission interviews where the destination requires them, including the questions students handle worst.

  4. Wrap-up

Offer comparison, funding documents, next steps after an offer, and an honest review of what to do if the cycle did not go your way.

How it starts

  1. Enroll on the course portal

Enrollment and the first installment are handled on studyjobsabroad.com.

  2. Or meet a counselor first

If you would rather talk before enrolling, request an appointment at our Dhaka office or an online meeting.

  3. Receive the written scope

Before the program begins you receive the written scope, the phase schedule, and the disclaimer, so that expectations are recorded rather than assumed.

Written scope, plainly stated. This program does not promise admission, funding, or a visa. Installments map to phases delivered. Trainers are paid per cohort delivered and never on the basis of a client's later payment or result.

Questions we are asked

Is this one to one mentoring?

No. It runs as a cohort. The group format keeps the cost down and means no single mentor becomes a point of failure for your application.

What exactly am I paying for?

Facilitation. You do the work in the course system, and the trainer reviews it, corrects it, and answers your questions at each phase.

Are the installments tied to my results?

No. Each installment corresponds to a phase of work delivered, not to an admission decision, a scholarship decision, or a visa decision.

Can I meet a counselor in person?

Yes, at our Mirpur DOHS office in Dhaka, by prior appointment. We do not accept walk-in visits.

Do you guarantee admission or a scholarship?

No. No honest company can. The scope is written down before you pay so that there is no confusion later.
