Policy

Our ethics policy

We publish this policy because it explains the limits of what we sell. Read it before you pay us. If any part of it conflicts with what you are hoping to buy, we are not the right company for you, and we would rather you learn that now.

1. We are not a law firm

Aemers LLC is an education and mentoring company. We do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, legal representation, or immigration filing services, and nothing on this website or in our programs should be treated as legal advice. Our founder works as an immigration paralegal with United States law firms and does not advise clients in a legal capacity through Aemers. Where a matter requires legal judgment, we refer clients to a licensed attorney.

2. We do not guarantee outcomes

We do not guarantee petition approval, visa issuance, admission, scholarship funding, test scores, publication acceptance, or authorship. Any person or company promising these outcomes for a fee should be treated with suspicion. Our fees purchase instruction, review, and supervision. They do not purchase a decision made by a government agency, a university, or a journal.

3. Authorship is earned, never sold

In our research programs, authorship is determined solely by contribution, applying recognized authorship criteria in the relevant field. A learner who does not contribute substantively does not become an author. We do not offer guaranteed authorship, purchased authorship, gift authorship, or honorary authorship at any price.

4. We avoid predatory and pay-to-publish venues

Supervising researchers vet target journals and conferences before submission. We steer learners away from predatory publishers, venues without genuine peer review, and paper mills. Publishing in a disreputable venue damages a research record permanently, and it can damage an immigration or admission profile rather than strengthen it.

5. Research integrity

Data must be collected and reported honestly. We do not tolerate fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, undisclosed conflicts of interest, duplicate submission, or the misrepresentation of another person's work as one's own. Where human participants are involved, learners follow the ethical approval requirements of the responsible institution.

6. Use of artificial intelligence

Learners may use artificial intelligence tools for language support and study assistance where the target journal, university, or agency permits it. Learners may not use these tools to fabricate data or citations, to generate text presented as original scholarship where that is prohibited, or to misrepresent the extent of their own contribution. Disclosure follows the requirements of the venue.

7. Honest representation of a client profile

Every document a client submits must be true. We will not help anyone overstate a role, invent a citation, inflate a metric, or misdescribe employment or education. A file built on an untrue statement is a liability that follows a person for years.

8. Trainers and researchers are paid for work, not results

Panel researchers and trainers are paid per project or per cohort delivered. Payment is never contingent on a client's immigration result, admission result, publication acceptance, or on the collection of a later installment from a client. This protects the independence of their judgment.

9. Fees follow phases of work

Where a program is paid in installments, each installment corresponds to a phase of work delivered. Installments are not tied to visa results, scholarship results, or publication results.

10. Capacity honesty

We decline cases we cannot serve. Research-backed mentoring requires a supervising researcher in the client's own field. When we do not have one available, we say so at the review stage and do not accept the case.

11. Confidentiality

Client documents, drafts, and profile details are shared only with the trainers and researchers assigned to that client, and only to the extent required for the work. We do not publish client identities, and we do not use client material as a public example without written permission.

12. Reporting a concern

If you believe any Aemers program, trainer, or researcher has departed from this policy, write to contact@grecaemers.com with the details. Reports are read by the leadership of the company.
