Policy

General terms and conditions

These terms govern the use of aemers.com and the purchase of Aemers programs. By enrolling in a program or engaging our services, you accept them.

Last updated: October 2026.

1. Who we are

Aemers LLC is registered in the United States and operates in Bangladesh as Aemers Admission Worldwide. In these terms, Aemers, we, and us refer to Aemers LLC and its operating entities. You and the client refer to the person or organization purchasing or using our services.

2. Nature of our services

Aemers provides education, mentoring, training, and course access. Aemers is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, legal representation, or immigration filing services. Nothing on this website or within any program constitutes legal advice. Where a matter requires legal judgment, you should engage a licensed attorney. For official immigration information, refer to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services at uscis.gov and the United States Department of State at travel.state.gov.

3. No guarantee of outcome

We do not guarantee petition approval, visa issuance, admission to any institution, scholarship funding, examination scores, publication acceptance, or authorship. Decisions of this kind are made by government agencies, universities, examination bodies, and journals, and are outside our control. Fees purchase instruction, review, and supervision only.

4. Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your education, employment, and record.
  • Complete your own work. Our programs are built on the principle that the client does the work and we review it.
  • Meet the deadlines and checkpoints set within your program.
  • Verify independently any external information, including institutional requirements and government rules, before acting on it.
  • Comply with our ethics policy and with the academic integrity rules of any institution or journal involved.

5. Enrollment, fees, and payment

Fees for course-based programs are displayed at checkout on our course portals, studyjobsusa.com and studyjobsabroad.com, and payments are processed there. Fees for programs that depend on mentor availability are quoted in writing after a review. Where a program is paid in installments, each installment corresponds to a phase of work delivered and is payable when that phase begins. Access may be suspended if an installment is not paid.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Scheduling and appointments

Meetings at our Mirpur DOHS office in Dhaka and online consultations require a confirmed appointment. We do not accept walk-in visits. A requested appointment is not confirmed until we reply with a date and time. Missed appointments may be rescheduled subject to availability.

8. Intellectual property

All course materials, curricula, recordings, worksheets, templates, and instructional designs remain the property of Aemers LLC. Access is personal and non-transferable. Recording, copying, redistributing, reselling, or publishing our materials, in whole or in part, is prohibited. Partners under a white-label license receive a branded edition under the terms of that license and do not acquire ownership of the underlying curriculum or source files.

9. Research and authorship

In research programs, authorship is determined by the supervising researcher on the basis of contribution, applying recognized authorship criteria. Aemers does not sell, promise, or arrange authorship, and claims no authorship or ownership of academic output produced by clients and researchers.

10. Conduct

We may suspend or end a program without refund where a client engages in fabrication or falsification, plagiarism, misrepresentation of credentials, abusive conduct toward staff, trainers, or other participants, or unauthorized distribution of course materials.

11. Third-party platforms

course delivery, enrollment, and payment take place on third-party platforms, including our course portals and their payment processor. Their terms and privacy practices apply to those transactions in addition to ours. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party platforms.

12. Testimonials and results

Any testimonial or account of a client result reflects that individual's experience. Results vary with qualifications, effort, timing, and factors outside our control, and no testimonial should be read as a prediction of your outcome.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the liability of Aemers arising from any program or service is limited to the fees you paid for that program or service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of opportunity, loss of admission, denial of a petition or visa, or costs paid to third parties such as application fees, tuition, or travel.

14. Changes to services and terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, and we may update these terms. Material changes affecting an active client will be communicated to that client. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
