Privacy notice
This website is deliberately simple. It has no contact forms, no accounts, no database, and no advertising trackers. The short version: aemers.com does not collect personal information from you. Everything below explains the exceptions and where your data does live.
Last updated: October 2026.
1. What this website collects
Nothing that you type. There are no forms on aemers.com. As with any website, our hosting provider records standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. These logs are used for security and reliability and are retained by the hosting provider under its own policies.
2. Fonts and external resources
This site loads the Barlow and Red Hat Display typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests those font files from Google's servers, which involves your IP address being visible to Google. If you prefer to avoid this, the fonts can be self-hosted, and we are willing to do so.
3. When you write to us
If you email us or send a WhatsApp message, we hold that correspondence and any documents you attach, such as a CV, in order to answer you. We keep it for as long as needed to serve you or to meet record keeping obligations, and we do not sell it or share it for marketing.
4. Appointment requests
Our appointment request form is hosted outside this website on a third-party service. Information you enter there is processed by that service under its own privacy terms and is used by us solely to arrange and prepare for your meeting.
5. course portals and payments
Enrollment, course access, and payment take place on studyjobsusa.com and studyjobsabroad.com, which run on the New Zenler platform with payments processed by Stripe. Account details, progress records, and payment data are held by those services under their own privacy policies. Aemers does not receive or store your full card details.
6. Client and research materials
Documents you share during a program, including drafts, data, and profile material, are shared only with the trainers and supervising researchers assigned to your work, and only to the extent needed. We do not publish client identities or use client material as a public example without written permission.
7. Cookies
This website does not set cookies for advertising or analytics. Third-party platforms linked from this site, including the course portals and social networks, set their own cookies once you visit them.
8. Your choices
You may ask us what correspondence we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete material we are not required to keep. Write to contact@grecaemers.com and we will respond.
9. Children
Our undergraduate programs are used by applicants who may be under eighteen. Where a program participant is a minor, we expect a parent or guardian to be aware of the enrollment, and we limit collection to what the program requires.
10. Changes
If this notice changes, the updated date at the top of the page changes with it.
