Where the route is worth exploring, you are introduced to a partner law firm. Your legal relationship, and every legal opinion, comes from that firm rather than from Aemers.

Aemers supports document organization, business documentation readiness, and scheduling, so that you arrive at each legal step prepared rather than scrambling.

We keep the sequence visible and tell you what is expected of you next, without advising on the legal substance of your case.

Nationality is the first gate. The E-2 category is limited to nationals of countries holding a qualifying treaty with the United States. The current treaty country list is published by the United States Department of State at travel.state.gov. Confirm your position with the attorney before making any financial commitment. Bangladesh is an E2-treaty country.

Does Aemers file an E-2 case?
No. All legal work is performed by a partner law firm that represents you directly. Aemers provides non-legal advising, preparation, and coordination support only.
Is the E-2 a green card?
No. The E-2 is a nonimmigrant visa. It can be renewed while the qualifying investment and business continue, but it does not by itself grant permanent residence. Any question about how it interacts with a permanent residence plan is a legal question for the attorney.
Does my nationality matter?
Yes. The E-2 category is open only to nationals of countries that hold a qualifying treaty with the United States. The current list is published by the United States Department of State. The attorney will confirm whether your nationality qualifies before anything else is discussed.
Do you guarantee a visa?
No. We do not guarantee visa issuance, business success, or any immigration outcome, and we do not accept fees presented as buying those results.
Who pays the law firm?
Legal fees are agreed directly between you and the partner law firm. Aemers does not receive legal fees.
