Publication-focused full mentoring for self-petition
Our deepest level of support for professionals who intend to file their own EB-2 National Interest Waiver petition and who need a genuine research record behind it. Over roughly one year, you work with a supervising researcher in your own field while we structure the profile, the evidence, and the schedule around it.
Is this the right program for you
It fits if
- You hold a master's or doctoral degree and intend to petition for yourself.
- ou intend to petition for yourself, whether you qualify through an advanced degree, through a bachelor's degree combined with years of progressive experience in your specialty, or on the strength of exceptional ability in your field. Please note: whether you qualify, and by which route, is a legal question. We are not attorneys and we do not answer it. Bring that question to a licensed attorney. What we assess is whether we can strengthen your profile and whether a supervising researcher is available in your field.
- Your profile needs real research output, not cosmetic additions.
- You can commit consistent weekly hours for about a year alongside your job.
- You want supervision from a researcher in your own discipline.
- You accept that the file, and the responsibility for it, remain yours.
It does not fit if
- You want someone to write and file the petition on your behalf.
- You are looking for guaranteed authorship, a purchased publication, or a guaranteed approval.
- You need to file within the next few months.
- You want legal advice on eligibility, which only a licensed attorney can give.
- Length
- Approximately one year
- Format
- Individual mentoring with an assigned supervising researcher
- Areas of care
- Ten defined areas covering profile, research, writing, and evidence

What the ten areas of care cover
The program runs across twenty-four biweekly milestones, which we call Laps, over approximately twelve months. You receive a written progress update at the close of every Lap, so you always know what was completed, what is next, and where the file still needs work. Ten areas of care run in parallel across those Laps. All of it is non-legal mentoring and profile enhancement. You remain the petitioner, and the file remains yours.
THE TEN AREAS
- 1.Publication support:
We polish the academic language of manuscripts you have written under the supervision of our lead researcher, edit them technically, and format them to the requirements of the journal you are targeting. We advise on which journals serve both your academic standing and the relevance of your work to a National Interest Waiver, and we guide you through submission, including the cover letter and your responses to peer reviewer comments. Journal and submission fees are paid by you.
- 2.Conference abstract preparation:
We draft or substantially refine one academic conference abstract of the required word limit, edited and formatted to conference standards, with the language shaped to make your own contribution visible. You receive a finished abstract ready for you to submit. Abstract and conference fees are paid by you.
- 3.Proposed endeavor statement:
We review any basic draft you already have, then rewrite or polish it until your mission, your research strategy, and the national relevance of your work are stated clearly and persuasively. The criteria that matter for a National Interest Waiver, including substantial merit, national importance, and your particular position in the field, are built through the statement rather than added at the end. You receive a refined, submission-ready statement.
- 4.Evidentiary dossier and credential evaluation:
We collect, review, and organize your degrees, transcripts, certifications, licenses, and career records into a structured evidentiary dossier, formatted to United States credential evaluation standards. We help submit your documents to the credential evaluation agency you choose, coordinate with them, monitor progress, and hand you a complete package ready for filing. Evaluation agency fees, courier charges, and shipping costs are paid by you.
- 5.NIW-oriented academic website:
We build you a professional, mobile-responsive, multi-page website that presents your credentials in the way a petition reviewer would want to see them, with sections for your biography, curriculum vitae, publications, awards and recognition, and your United States endeavor plan. You receive full administrative access and login credentials on completion. Domain registration and hosting for twenty-four months are arranged and paid for by us, and are included in the fee.
- 6.Citation profile and research identity:
With your permission and authorization, we create or rebuild your Google Scholar profile with a properly organized publication list, and set up your ORCID identifier with correct metadata and institutional links. We then align every academic profile with your curriculum vitae and your petition narrative, so that a reviewer checking one source against another finds the same person, described the same way.
- 7.Curriculum vitae restructuring:
We rebuild your curriculum vitae into the academic format expected in the United States, organize your publications, honors, and accomplishments in the sequence a National Interest Waiver reviewer reads them in, and integrate measurable indicators of impact such as citation counts, awards, fellowships, and policy relevance. You receive it typeset in both an editable and a submission-ready version
- 8.LinkedIn profile enhancement:
With your permission and authorization, we write a professional headline and summary aimed at the standard you are being judged against, align your career highlights with it, restructure your skills and accomplishments, and improve the visual presentation of the profile. With your permission we publish two aligned professional posts each week from your account and work on engagement within the platform's rules. We cannot promise follower growth, accepted connections, or engagement levels, because those depend on other users and on the platform's own systems.
- 9.Media impact and professional presence:
We research, draft, and deliver one original article, opinion piece, or professional commentary in your field, revise it with your feedback, and place it with one or more United States professional platforms such as Medium, LinkedIn Articles, or a portal specific to your discipline. We also advise on how to position the piece so that it adds credibility rather than noise
- 10.Recommendation letters:
We prepare up to six tailored draft letters for different kinds of recommenders, including academic, clinical, policy, and research contexts, using language that makes the importance and merit of your work explicit rather than assumed. Every draft is reviewed by a senior mentor before it reaches you. The drafts are provided to you for your recommenders, who are free to edit them, rewrite them, or decline to sign. A recommender's opinion must remain their own
What the program covers
The program is organized into ten areas of care that run in parallel across the year. Each area has defined checkpoints, and you are told at every checkpoint whether the work is at standard.
Profile assessment and strategy
A full reading of your CV, degrees, employment, and existing record, followed by a written plan for the year and the specific gaps it has to close.
-
Research placement
We match you with a supervising researcher in your field and define a project that is realistic for your time, your data access, and your discipline with alignment to the US National Importance.
-
Ethical research conduct
Study design, data handling, approvals where human participants are involved, and the integrity standards that govern the work throughout.
-
Manuscript preparation
Structured writing guidance, revision rounds, and preparation for peer review, with authorship determined by contribution alone.
Journal and venue selection
Identifying credible venues in your field and steering firmly away from predatory and pay-to-publish outlets.
Evidence assembly for the petition
Organizing the record you build across the year into the exhibit structure a self-petitioner needs, so that nothing is discovered missing at the end.
How admission works
Send your CV
Email niw@grecaemers.com with your CV as a PDF and a link to your Google Scholar profile. Name your field and your intended timeline.
We review capacity, not only your profile
We assess the profile and, just as importantly, whether we have a supervising researcher available in your discipline. If we do not, we tell you and suggest an alternative program.
Scope and fee conversation
Where we can accept the case, we discuss the research project, the yearly plan, and the fee, which depends on the difficulty of the proposed project.
Written agreement and start
Scope, checkpoints, and payment phases are agreed in writing before any work begins.
We decline cases regularly. Our capacity is set by the researchers on our panel. A decline is not a judgment on your ability, and you are welcome to take the cohort program or the toolkit instead. If you are a researcher yourself, consider joining the panel.
Fee policy. The fee for this program depends on the research project and is not published. It is quoted in writing after review, and it is never contingent on a petition outcome.
Questions we are asked
Why do you review a CV before accepting a client?
Because this program depends on a supervising researcher in your own field. If no suitable researcher is available on our panel, we decline the case rather than take a fee we cannot honor.
Do you write my petition for me?
No. You file for yourself. We teach the standard, structure the evidence, and review your drafts. Aemers is not a law firm and does not prepare legal arguments or represent anyone before any agency.
Do you guarantee a publication or an approval?
No. We guarantee supervision and review. Journals decide on manuscripts and the United States government decides on petitions.
Can I be added as an author on an existing paper?
No. Authorship is earned through contribution and is determined by the supervising researcher under recognized authorship criteria. We do not sell or arrange authorship.
How long does the program run?
About one year, depending on the research project, your field, and the pace you can sustain alongside your job.
