What is EB-2 NIW? The EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) Green Card is a U.S. immigration option for highly skilled professionals, researchers, and entrepreneurs who want to live and work permanently in the United States. Unlike most employment-based visas, the NIW does not require employer sponsorship or a job offer.
