All Sales Are Final: Once a course or service package is purchased, it is considered a final sale. Aemers does not offer refunds or exchanges for any courses, except as described in point 2 below.
24-Hour Refund Eligibility: Aemers acknowledges that circumstances may arise where a refund is warranted. In such cases, customers must request, in writing via email to [email protected], a refund within 24 hours of the original purchase timestamp. Any refund requests made after the 24-hour period will not be considered.

Therefore, accepting a client requires Aemers to decline other potential clients. As a result, Aemers reserves the right to subtract a portion of the sale while determining the refund amount. The client must comply with this.
